Igual que cuando uno se muda a un nuevo hogar, vive en \u00e9l por un tiempo y se adapta a la manera en que uno descubre vive en \u00e9l, dar un paso hacia atr\u00e1s, reflexionar y mejorar es tambi\u00e9n parte del proceso de construcci\u00f3n de una marca.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n tres introspecciones que resultaron en algunas recientes evoluciones en la marca Hearts &amp; Science.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Agentes de cambio<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del proceso para mejorar nuestro valores corporativos, escogimos expresarlos empleando declaraciones con el plural \u00abnosotros\u00bb. Los valores conectan nuestras necesidades personales al panorama m\u00e1s amplio de c\u00f3mo podemos actuar y florecer en un ambiente corporativo. Uno de estos valores sobresali\u00f3 como algo fundamental en nuestra naturaleza.\u00bbSomos agentes de cambio\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La gente est\u00e1 siempre cambiando y evolucionando. La mutabilidad en los consumidores significa que necesitamos escucharlos y ser flexibles para poder permanecer un paso adelante de su evoluci\u00f3n natural. Planeamos, evolucionamos, cambiamos y mantenemos el paso junto a ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Esta sensaci\u00f3n de movimiento constante es algo que dese\u00e1bamos que nuestra marca comunicara, no s\u00f3lo a trav\u00e9s de palabras, sino en su centro mismo. La complejidad permite que la personalizaci\u00f3n ocurra; la habilidad de crear relaciones reales y duraderas que son significativas, respetuosas y \u00fanicas.<\/p>\n<p>Como compa\u00f1\u00eda que somos, nos basamos en datos, pero los datos son s\u00f3lo una parte del cuadro. Hearts &amp; Science fue nombrada as\u00ed para reflejar la dualidad de qui\u00e9nes somos y c\u00f3mo abordamos nuestras soluciones \u00fanicas e innovadoras que ofrecemos a los consumidores. Tambi\u00e9n creemos tanto en el liderazgo local como en el global. Esta dualidad est\u00e1 representada con el contraste negro y blanco, palabras en apariencia opuestas y las microinteracciones.<\/p>\n<p>Una conmutaci\u00f3n (toggle) entre nuestro coraz\u00f3n (heart) y ciencia (science) aparece por varios lugares del sitio web; una oportunidad para los espectadores de ver los dos lados de qui\u00e9nes somos.<\/p>\n<p>Tipograf\u00eda contrastante y significados en arte con tipograf\u00eda en negritas y emparejamientos de encabezados acent\u00faan asimismo este significado de dualidad. Creada en tiempos medievales romanos en el siglo primero, permaneci\u00f3 en el alfabeto incluso despu\u00e9s de que el ingl\u00e9s antiguo fuera reemplazado por el ingl\u00e9s moderno. Se le llam\u00f3 &#8216;ampersand&#8217; porque los ni\u00f1os recitaban el alfabeto y dec\u00edan &#8216;and&#8217; al final \u2014lo cual era extra\u00f1o. Con el tiempo, debido a que los estudiantes arrastraban las palabras, &#8216;and <i>per se<\/i> and&#8217; se convirti\u00f3 en\u00a0&#8216;ampersand&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Ampersand es un elemento de dise\u00f1o que comunica la idea de que la posibilidad sea cualquier cosa. El uso de &#8216;y&#8217; (&#8216;and&#8217;) es empleado para pensar m\u00e1s incluir espacio para otras ideas. Esto, para nosotros, representa &#8216;fluidez&#8217; y &#8216;contraste&#8217;. Es un excelente y sutil comunicador que vincula impulso de cambio y dualidad en un mismo s\u00edmbolo.
