Dans le cadre des Forces du changement, nous avons entrepris une \u00e9tude exhaustive en trois volets pour examiner le comportement de l\u2019audience mobile et l\u2019utilisation des applis par les consommateurs. En voici les r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p>Les gens passent <strong>5\u00a0heures<\/strong> par jour sur toutes leurs applis mobiles et interagissent avec elles <strong>88\u00a0fois<\/strong> par jour.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Et \u00e0 quoi ils consacrent tout ce temps?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Ils naviguent sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Les consommateurs ont 105\u00a0interactions par jour sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux, alors qu\u2019ils n\u2019en ont que dix concernant les actualit\u00e9s et leurs d\u00e9placements. Google a trouv\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats comparables s\u2019agissant de la consommation de contenu mobile. Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, par exemple, 59\u00a0% des utilisateurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9phones intelligents interagissent sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, 45\u00a0% regardent des vid\u00e9os, 35\u00a0% font des achats et 17\u00a0% jouent.<sup>1<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019intensit\u00e9 physiologique de ces activit\u00e9s nous a encore plus \u00e9tonn\u00e9s que leur nature. En effet, l\u2019intensit\u00e9 biom\u00e9trique des consommateurs mobiles \u00e9tait le double de celle des t\u00e9l\u00e9spectateurs. Gr\u00e2ce aux applis mobiles, les marques se voient offrir une chance inou\u00efe d\u2019interpeler les consommateurs comme jamais auparavant.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Que d\u2019applis! Que de bruit!<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>En 2017, le nombre de t\u00e9l\u00e9chargements d\u2019applis mobiles a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les 175\u00a0milliards. Vu le nombre incroyable d\u2019applis propos\u00e9es, comment les marques peuvent-elles se faire entendre et saisir l\u2019attention de l\u2019audience Internet?<\/p>\n<p>Pour commencer, les marques doivent trouver des inventaires d\u2019annonces \u00e0 int\u00e9grer aux applis qui sont compatibles avec leur audience. Les entreprises peuvent aussi aller encore plus loin et cr\u00e9er des exp\u00e9riences propres \u00e0 leur marque au sein m\u00eame d\u2019une appli. Si ce projet est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec doigt\u00e9, l\u2019impact de la marque s\u2019en trouvera multipli\u00e9. Mais si l\u2019annonce agace les consommateurs, cela plongera votre marque dans des tr\u00e9fonds de perception n\u00e9gative et nuira \u00e0 sa r\u00e9putation.<\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es de notre \u00e9tude neurologique, par exemple, montrent ce qui se passe quand une annonce envahit l\u2019\u00e9cran. En revanche, les annonces natives ou int\u00e9gr\u00e9es au fil d\u2019actualit\u00e9 ne suscitent qu\u2019une r\u00e9action neutre.<\/p>\n<p>La recette gagnante pour des exp\u00e9riences positives dans les applis contient trois ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0: pertinence, placement natif, contr\u00f4le par l\u2019utilisateur.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>\u00ab\u00a0Une suggestion que j\u2019aurais \u00e0 faire aux clients, c\u2019est de commencer \u00e0 prendre un peu plus conscience du format.
