Hearts & Science was founded in New York in 2016 as a data-driven marketing agency designed from the ground up to rethink legacy media processes. The new approach resulted in client wins exceeding US$4BN in media spend and the agency grew to 800+ people within 12 months. Hearts & Science in Australia enjoyed some early global wins in 2017 and was officially launched in Melbourne and Sydney in 2019 as the third pillar agency of the Omnicom Media Group (OMG), incorporating the existing m2m agency. Hearts & Science Australia services a number of leading Australian and global brands delivering media audiences & insights, media planning, media buying and advisory services alongside SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), MMM (Market Mix Modelling) and Analytics services.

Pascoe General Manager, MelbourneKylie brings over 20 years of experience in media and communications to her role as General Manager of Hearts & Science, Melbourne. Her background encompasses strategy and communications planning, with experience gained in Brisbane, Melbourne, and London. She has previously held senior roles in client management and leadership within the Omnicom Media Group.
Kylie is particularly passionate about and has proven expertise in retail, e-commerce, insurance, and FMCG clients. Her strong track record in achieving operational excellence within her teams consistently delivers exceptional results for the likes of Mars Group, Kmart, L’Oreal, Bonds, and Coles Group.

Wigmore National Managing Director AustraliaBringing over two decades of media experience, Liz joined Hearts & Science in May, 2024 as Managing Director, following the merger of Foundation Australia.
Liz’s passion and strength is harnessing the ‘best of both worlds’ for our talent and clients. Creating a modular by design agency product that has the operational style and spirit of an indie, powered by the Omnicom Media Group.This passion and experience has seen Liz deliver market leading client service scorecards from both local and global clients of all sizes, over a multi-year period.

Ashley is an early adopter and passionate technical innovator at heart, driving success from being able to streamline and simplify what really matters.
He helps clients and teams navigate and transform their digital and data driven marketing efforts in an ever-changing marketing landscape. It is this progressive thinking that has created not only business results, but innovative work that has been recognised with awards winning campaigns across global, regional and local award shows.
Ashley is always on a mission to deliver better results by reaching customers at the right time, with the right message and right place. Having always been fascinated about how things work, he believes that to make the best of any solution you need an in-depth understanding of how things fit and work together. Mayne Chief Media Partnerships Officer, AustraliaWith over 15 years’ experience, across the UK and Australia markets, Louis joined Hearts and Science in July 2024 as Chief Media Partnerships Officer.
Louis is a calm and passionate leader with a proven track record of delivering maximum return on investment for clients. Louis has been successful in his career due to strong relationships built on transparency and respect.
Louis is a walking encyclopedia of media partners and formats. And whilst he does love the numbers, his knowledge of implementation planning and its impact on a client’s effectiveness also delivers exceptional value for clients.

Currently Chief Strategy & Behaviour Change Officer at Hearts & Science, she has led impactful work across almost all consumer categories including FMCG, finance, major retail, and government. Named B&T’s 2020 Strategist of the Year and one of Campaign Asia’s Women to Watch, Peita is known for her curiosity, empathy, and fearless thinking. -

Mills-Blayney Head of PlanningAs Head of Planning, Jaime ensures that the best planning smarts, tools, and empirical knowledge are applied to client briefs and objectives. She leads a team of dynamic planners to deliver comprehensive media plans across a full end-to-end journey and works with Strategy leads to ensure the agency’s media execution is best in class and deeply connected to an elevated strategic direction.
Jaime is a key figure in our national leadership team, working to drive transformation strategy and operational excellence for clients. Her focus spans strategic integration, best practice activation, optimisation frameworks, and planning process improvement. With experience across regulated sectors including pharmaceuticals, banking, and utilities, Jaime brings both structure and creativity to complex challenges. -
Samantha
Smith Head of BrandSamantha Smith is a marketing and communications professional with over 10 years’ experience across Australia and the UK. As Head of Brand for Hearts & Science, Sam oversees the agency’s marketing, new business, PR, and communications agenda, with a focus on brand positioning and lead generation.
A collaborative and hands-on leader, Sam works closely with teams across content, digital, and events. Originally from the UK, she’s called Australia home for the past five years.

With nearly 20 years of agency experience across categories like tech, telco, B2B, travel, and CPG, Chris architects integrated teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that maximize business outcomes and ROI for clients. From awareness and amplification strategies to integrated acquisition solutions, Chris knows how to build blueprints for brands to compete on the world stage.
Chris resides in Dallas with his wife and twin daughters (#twinning), where his meditative riffs often reverberate through the house as he unwinds on his guitars.
